Can long-legged lizards travel to greater distance than short legged lizards?

I think it depends on how fast the move

The length of a lizard's legs does not have anything to do of how long of a distance it can travel. 
It does however effect how fast a lizard can get to a certain distance.
Longer legged lizards will have longer strides that can cover more ground per stride. Therefore, they can get to a certain distance sooner than a short legged lizard could.
