The answer is 1.2

You want to round to the tenths, and the tenths spot is taken by a 1.
So, you use the 6 (in the hundredths spot) and since it is over 5, you boost it up.
The 1 will now become a 2, so the answer is 1.2.
A helpful phrase I use is “five or above, give it a shove. Four or below, keep it low.”
