set as equation of x
2x-5y=15
2x=15+5y
x=(15+5y)/2

set to 0
solve for y
0=(15+5y)/2
0=15+5y
-15=5y
-3 = y

It would be -3. Your equation would be. -5y=-2x+15. Then you divide everything buy -5 and come out with y=-2/-5-3.
