 This sentence means that: beauty cannot be judged, for what one person finds beautiful or admirable may not appeal to another.

That is true, it depends on the perspective that the beholder takes. If it is on a cold day and needs shelter it may be taken as a beautiful shelter, but if a bear lives there during the summer and you need to grab some of your things you may think of the cave as a bad place.
