In English, compare and contrast traveling by train in France and the United States.

Compare:
They are both used to get around faster, but not have to drive/go through traffic/use up the gas to get there.
They are also both just as dirty and gross!! ;)

Contrast:
In France, they almost only use trains in subways (in cities); but in America, we use trains to travel long distances as well.

The metro is used everywhere in France for almost anywhere you go while trains are for extended trips in the U.S. Unless you live in newyork that is
