Slope intercept form: y = mx + b

m = slope

b = y-intercept

Solve for the y-intercept.

9 = 2(7) + b

9 = 14 + b

9 - 14 = 14 + b - 14

-5 = b

y = 2x - 5

______

Best Regards,

Wolfyy :)
