(x-2/3)+(1/60)=(5/6)
x-2/3= 5/6 - 1/60
x-2/3 = 49/60
x - 2 = 49/20
x = 49/20 + 2
x = 89/20

The answer is: x = 89/20 or x = 4.45.

Answer:

(x-2)/3+(1/60)=(5/6)

(x-2)/3+1/60=50/60

(x-2)/3=50/60-1/60

(x-2)/3=49/60

(x-2)=49/20

x=49/20+2

x=49/20+40/20

x=89/20

x=89/20x=4.45
