-3x+4y=8

4y=3x+8

y=3/4x+2

Graph has a slope of 3/4 and a y intercept at (0,2) so to graph this equation just plug in x values and record the corresponding y value to get enough coordinate points to plot the graph accurately for the frame you’re looking at.

(0,2),(1,11/4),(2,14/4),(3,17/4),(4,5),etc....

Hope this helped some. Any questions please feel free to ask. Thank you
