Hey!

Let's see here. Now, to solve this problem we simply have to multiply the number of packages bought by the cost for each. This will give us the answer.

Created Equation :
3 • 1.25 = ?

Solution {Created Equation Solved} :
3.75

So, this means that if Tom bought 3 packages of Skittles for $1.25 each, then he spent a total of  $3.75.

Hope this helps!
